Coaching Services
Over the past 14 years or so, I've been developing, refining, and honing psychological tools that help people change rapidly and significantly. Coaches who are trained to use these tools can be incredibly helpful to their clients, even (especially) those who've been unsuccessfully trying to change for a long time.
That said, the process of coaching is mainly an interpersonal "dance," a social interaction that requires sensitivity, empathy, and more than a little intuition. If you've got these qualities, people have undoubtedly been coming to you for "coaching" lo these many years. Coaches are born, not made. This method takes born coaches and teaches them how to use their innate skills in focused ways, avoiding the over-involvement to which they're often prone, and showing them how to let clients find their own paths without making the process dependent on the coach.
