We’ll be embarking on a diet "not for the body, but for the soul". In this eleven-week telecourse, our menu will be the simple yet powerful ingredients in Martha Beck’s book The Joy Diet.  Every week, we’ll explore an essential component of joy, like connection, desire, laughter, and creativity.  Every day that week, you'll spend a few minutes adding it to your life. 

To stay super-motivated every day, you'll have group power.  Just like group weight-loss diets give support to their participants, you'll have the encouragement and camaraderie of the other class participants.  Course instructor Martha Beck Master Coach Terry DeMeo will be on the Joy Diet with you, encouraging you and blogging daily about it.  You’ll be able post your own experiences and comments on the blog as we go, and keep track of others in the class. By the time the class concludes, you’ll have a regular "joy practice", with tools that range from profound to downright silly. We'll finish up just in time to bound through the holidays, smiling inside and out.
